Shipping policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment usually within 5 -10 business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five to ten business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@shesewingtables.com.

Custom Orders

Custom Orders take 60 - 100 days to ship. Your payment will be processed at the time of your order. Unless the product is faulty, custom products are not returnable or refundable after 3 days from the time of your order, since they are designed particularly for your order. If you have a special date you would like it by, reach out to us at info@shesewingtables.com, and we will check on the expected time from from the shop that is hand crafting your order.

Many of our custom products are crafted in personally owned American woodworking shops. Some of those shops are Amish owned and operated. Since the Amish do not use all the modern electronic devices or automated services, we do not always know when a product has a longer wait time. We will do our best to keep you informed.

These Amish stores may not put a tracking order on your custom product. If it has taken longer than you expected, please contact us (info@shesewingtables.com), and we can get in touch with them.
